Considering everything that's happened, 

: 일어난 모든 일을 고려해 볼 때, 

I'm pretty happy with the way things are right now.

: 지금 이대로 충분히 만족하고 있어.

= I'm pretty happy with the way things currently are.

* 'be happy with'이 'be satisfied with'보다 자주 쓰임 (~에 만족한다)

Things could've been much worse.

: 상황이 훨씬 나빴을 수도 있었어.

B: I guess we really blew it, huh?
A: Argh. Why couldn't we have just been satistied with the way things were?

: 그냥 입 다물고 있을 걸.

* 'work out'은 일이 좋게 잘 풀렸을 때 쓰임.

 

A: Yeah. Talk about bad luck. But it sounds like he's taking it really well.

: 그러게. 운이 안 좋아도 그렇게 되냐. 근데 잘 대처하고 있는 거 같더라.

In fact, he's turing it into a business opportunity from what I hear.

: 심지어는 내가 듣기로는 사업을 기회 삼는 거 같더라.

 

B: Really? That's impressive. Is he going out on his own?

: 대단한데? 자기 사업하는 거야?

 

A: Apparently, he's teaming up with a few others and starting his own company.

: 보아 하니, 몇몇 사람이랑 팀을 꾸려서 자기 회사를 차리고 있더라고.

: 좀 더 맞는 옷으로 갈아입으려고.

 

B: Why? You look fine the way you're dressed right now.

: 왜? 지금 너 입고 있는 그대로도 괜찮은데.

= You look fine in what you're wearing right now.

= You look fine in what you're dressed in right now.

* wear: 목적어 o. 입는 것.

* dress: 목적어 x. 의상을 입고 있는 상태.

A: Here. This is her desk.
B: Does anybody else use this desk? Or just her?
A: Just her. I suppose someone could have come by to drop some mail on her desk or something. Other than that, everything is pretty much the way she left it when she was last here.

: 여기가 그녀 책상이에요.

: 이 책상을 쓰는 다른 사람이 있나요? 

 

A: Just her. I suppose someone could have come by to drop some mail on her desk or something.

: 그녀만 썼어요. 누군가 잠깐 들러서 우편 같은 거 놓고 갔었을 수는 있죠.

Other than that, everything is pretty much the way she left it when she was last here.

: 그거 말고는 대부분 그녀가 두고 간 그대로예요.

* everything is exactly(just) the way she left it.

: 그녀가 두고 간 그대로예요. (강조)
